Humboldt Co-op will annually recognize two individuals nominated by the team members and selected by the Brand Committee. The two areas that will be awarded are; Excellence in Brand Development & Excellence in Health and Safety.

Excellence in Brand Development
Team Members that demonstrate our Brand and Values in the day to day operations that make a difference in the lives of our guests.
• Demonstrates high standards of professionalism and are a role model for how to live the values and are ambassadors of the Humboldt Co-op.
• Committed to enhancing their knowledge and skills to improve the customer experience.
• Promotes a work environment that is respectful, friendly and supportive.

Excellence in Health and Safety
Team Members that demonstrate leadership in the Health and Safety of our organization.
• Shows a daily commitment to health and safety in the workplace that goes beyond the basic requirements but is rather proactive and preventative.
• Take actions to prevent injuries and rectify unsafe conditions or practices.
• Promotes and contributes to a work environment that is respectful, friendly and supportive.
